Falls continues to be great! I came to falls after having a few awful experiences at a few other area dealerships. The quickly made themselves available, but, allowed me to walk around and browse on my own without being followed and annoyed like at most dealerships. I leased my first vehicle from Ron Hall, I enjoyed the process, he was very patient ( I had my 3 year old with me at the time) and was very friendly. The whole process was very quick and painless. It went so well that my father went to falls to purchase a new car just weeks after... I recently just leased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee, while Ron was not at the dealership, he referred me (via text) to one of his partners Kevin Davis. Kevin was just as friendly and personable as Ron. We chatted about hockey, golf, and a bunch of other things as paper work was being done. I even found out that Kevin was there on his day off. I found that no matter who you talk to at this dealership you will have a pleasant experience. they truly have the right formula... They offer the customer great deals and offer them a great experience, and the customer will keep coming back. That is what I have done, as well as my family. We have leased 4 vehicles from falls since 2013, and have referred several of our friends. Not only will you gain a great new car, but friendships as well. More

Treated Fairly and With Respect I absolutely hate purchasing a new car. I was up late two nights ago, couldn't sleep, so I went online to look for new cars. I went to the Falls Motor City Webpage about 11pm. During my search, a pop up window asked me if I wanted to talk to the dealer. I said yes and Kevin came over the chat feature. I was shocked that the dealer was actually live at 11pm. Before you know it I had quotes of the cars that I was interested in and an appointment to look at and test drive the car that I really liked. I had a great experience on line, even talking to Kevin on the phone after about 45 minutes of email's back and forth. This was great service and Kevin was very helpful. Well, I went their today to test drive the car and all of the figures that Kevin provided over the web were the same when I arrived, with no hidden fee's or a need to apply for a rebate that I was not qualified for. I received great service today and I ended up driving home in a beautiful Chrysler thanks to Kevin. If your in the market for a new car, look up Kevin at Falls City.
