I was up late two nights ago, couldn't sleep, so I went online to look for new cars. I went to the Falls Motor City Webpage about 11pm. During my search, a pop up window asked me if I wanted to talk to the dealer. I said yes and Kevin came over the chat feature. I was shocked that the dealer was actually live at 11pm. Before you know it I had quotes of the cars that I was interested in and an appointment to look at and test drive the car that I really liked. I had a great experience on line, even talking to Kevin on the phone after about 45 minutes of email's back and forth. This was great service and Kevin was very helpful. Well, I went their today to test drive the car and all of the figures that Kevin provided over the web were the same when I arrived, with no hidden fee's or a need to apply for a rebate that I was not qualified for. Chris was very knowledgeable about all the features of the car and filled me in on all the great features of the car while I took a very informative test drive. Chris listened to all my requirements including trade-in expectations and interest rate. After talking with his manager, he came back with exactly where I wanted to be with car payment and had completely succeeded in giving me exactly what I wanted. This was by far my best experience in buying a car! After finishing up initial paperwork, Chris introduced me to Travis Hudson to handle the financial part of the deal. Travis was equally competent and friendly to work with. Explained warranty information very well and made suggestions without being pushy! The car drives well, and Lou was very helpful in getting my paperwork underway as quickly as possible so I could be out with the car the same day. Travis handled my financing and was very polite, friendly, and helped me to understand the process overall. I did forget to check the levels on fluids before driving off, and Lou told me they normally change/fill them but I guess there was a mix up because I checked the levels on a whim the next day and both my oil and coolant were pretty low. However, all it took was a call to Lou letting him know the issue. I brought it back in today and they changed my oil and topped off my coolant, all for free. I know they could have easily told me I was on my own, so I appreciate that this dealer took the time to help me out. I will definitely recommend them to any of my friends and family who would be looking for a car. Thank you Lou and Travis, and thank you Falls Motor City for helping me get my very first car! More

He guided me to a place to test the AWD and encouraged me to drive it like I already owned it. He was very personable to me and my friend and paid attention to every detail we discussed. He has followed up with me on my satisfaction and offered any help he could provide, which included clarification on warranty terms and my request to remove the FMC logo. I can't say a bad thing about Kevin, you can tell he is passionate and motivated in his job -- not just to sell cars, but to sell the RIGHT car for YOUR NEEDS.
