This past visit I was met with VERY kind, well-spoken, attentive personnel. I even witnessed a service provider deescalate a customer who was upset about her service (who hasn’t been before?). He came down to eye-level, maintained a non-aggressive tone and allowed her to speak her piece. Extremely professional! Keep it up, y’all!! I appreciate it!!!! More
