EXCELLENT SERVICE I am not one to write a review very often, but I am one to give credit where it is deserved. My 2016 car shopping process began at another Jeep deale I am not one to write a review very often, but I am one to give credit where it is deserved. My 2016 car shopping process began at another Jeep dealership who was extremely unmotivated and had no desire to make a sale on a Sunday. Sunday night I went on Falls Motor City dealership website (just to search their inventory) and was connected with Kevin Davis. We chatted online for a brief time and he gave me his number so he could help get me into a newer jeep with a more comfortable payment. I gave him a call, and this was at 7pm on a SUNDAY night where he was working from HOME just to make a potential customer happy, he has never met me before and knew little about my eagerness to buy a new car.... Within 5 minutes on the phone- he found me the car I instantly fell in love with just from pictures. Monday afternoon I met with Kevin and the process was so seamless it amazed me! I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone and everyone in the market for a car! Great personality, NOT PUSHY at all and was very grateful he was able to find me a car that I LOVED in a price range I loved even more! More

Great Customer Service I had scheduled an appointment with Scott "Man". Scott was with a other customer when I arrived. I was offered assistance e several times, not in a pu I had scheduled an appointment with Scott "Man". Scott was with a other customer when I arrived. I was offered assistance e several times, not in a pushy way, very courteous, like team work. The car was ready, I took time to look it over. Scott had a moment, got a tag, and I took it for a test drive. When I got back, Scott was freed up. He was very helpful, listened to me and what type of deal would work. That went great! Within 15 minutes my information was in finance. The car I was trading had a clear title which I forgot to bring....the dealership is about 50 miles from my home, however, in conversation with the gentleman in finance, I found out he lived about 15 miles from me. We made arrangements to meet the next evening. I gave him my title! With the great customer service, I was able to take my Jeep Cherokee home, the day of the sale! The Cherokee is amazing, I recently had a 4 level spinal fusion and the ride is amazingly comfortable, handles great and is very nicely equipped! All the controls are convenient and easy to use! Much better than the late model Ford I traded in. Thank you Falls Motor City and Jeep! More
