I made a full-price offer on a 2022 Honda Ridgeline via CarGurus, where the This dealership has not reached out nor have they resolved the issue. I made a full-price offer on a 2022 Honda Ridgeline via CarGurus, where the dealership explicitly stated in the ad that they would cover the shipping cost. However, when I brought this up, Nathan, the salesman, was unresponsive and I had to consistently follow up for basic information. Predictably, today was no different. After receiving no response to my offer, I reached out in the late afternoon for an update. Nathan informed me they were having issues “straightening out” the offer because they don't actually work with CarGurus and were supposedly having trouble contacting them. In stark contrast, it took me less than two minutes to reach CarGurus myself. CarGurus confirmed that Valley Motors did indeed offer shipping. Yet, by the end of the day, Nathan curtly informed me they were “going to pass,” blatantly ignoring the terms advertised. This dealership demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and failed to honor their own promotional commitments, displaying poor customer service and misleading advertising practices. More

I really appreciate the convenience of being able to just drive up to the service area to get an oil change and other standard, quick maintenance services without an appointment. This past visit I was met with VERY kind, well-spoken, attentive personnel. I even witnessed a service provider deescalate a customer who was upset about her service (who hasn’t been before?). He came down to eye-level, maintained a non-aggressive tone and allowed her to speak her piece. Extremely professional! Keep it up, y’all!! I appreciate it!!!! More
