Great service Betsey is the best service rep I have ever dealt with at any dealership. I had to have some recall work done on my Grand Cherokee. When I called on Friday, Betsy checked to see that they had the parts. She made an appointment for me to have the work done the following Tuesday. She had a Town and Country minivan for me to use while I had the work done. I was out the door in ten minutes! She was organized! She called me when the work was done and did not wait until the end of the day until the dealership was about to close which has happened at my old dealership. In that case getting screwed is painless. But for those of us who are interested in dealing on the price of a vehicle, Falls Motor City is accommodating. I went in and they dealt down a little at first. The dealer and I both agreed to part ways cordially. A month later I called Scott back. The price was less and they dealt down a little more. Falls Motor City was already more competitive with their price than 10 other dealerships. They gave me a fair amount for my trade and a fair price on my new purchase. Scott was a pretty straight shooter. He, as far as I can tell, was honest and upfront. Scott and Bobby moved me through the purchase process quickly and made me feel confident with my new vehicle. Since then I have needed warranty work done to my vehicle and the experience has been great. Betsy and the folks in the service department are professional and courteous. I would recommend Falls City Motors to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

I consider Service as open communication, level of respect, and quality of the product they offer to the Customer. Our sales associate Scott Mancabelli couldn't have been nicer and more respectful. From the time that we first test-drove the vehicle to the time we signed on the dotted line (which took 6 days), Scott kept in contact with us (via texting) without being pushy. Once we came back and made the decision to buy, he consistently updated us on the status of the transaction, and while we were waiting in the show room (waiting on the Business office) he consistently made sure our experience remained a pleasant one. He made sure all of our questions are answered and all of our requests are met the best he could. He truly understood that buying a car is a big deal for most people, and it should not be taken for granted by dealerships, therefore he made sure our new car was well serviced/inspected and washed to our satisfaction.
