( Way above and beyond what you would expect ) he made sure the price and car were a fit ) He worked for me to get the best price &/ quoted me a price dead on accurate to the penny. Even responded to my 1 last text saying try this car after days of him checking the costs of others and I'm glad he did cause i left with it tonight at 8:45 pm. Awesome guy ! More

When I retuned I was told another salesman had pulled rank and sold the car ! Waste of a day, 80 miles of travel back an forth twice. Cant ever say I would recommend this place. A Serious cut throat place. More

He spent a lot of time explaining trim options, but I never felt pressured to make a hasty choice or feel like I was being pushed to buy a certain vehicle. I like the fact that the sticker price is the price and there's no haggling needed. Keith demonstrated integrity and professionalism and I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle to call him. More
great service falls motor city gets a great review because my wife contacted Keith Hamilton and told him what we wanted to look at and he delivered without any sale falls motor city gets a great review because my wife contacted Keith Hamilton and told him what we wanted to look at and he delivered without any sales pressure. They had the biggest selection of the ram tradesman that we were looking at and Keith delivered and got his FIRST sales with us and we were just as excited as he was about that. Everybody in the dealership were very professional and nice and Kevin Davis was Keiths mentor and helped him and ourselves out also. They also honored there internet prices unlike other dealerships we visited over the last 12 months. More
Wrong Information Supplied Regarding Title (but great price) Please note that my review will be more applicable for out of towners. I do not recommend Falls Motor City for anything but price. I recently purcha Please note that my review will be more applicable for out of towners. I do not recommend Falls Motor City for anything but price. I recently purchased a vehicle from them on June 10th from out of state (NY). Initially, I purchased my vehicle on-line and very smoothly at a price that I wanted. The communication was easy between myself and the dealership. As far as the initial sales of driving off the lot, this was fine outside of an aggressive finance manager trying to sell Mopar warranties well above retail. Please note, you can purchase this warranty at any time and can get the same quote from the following website (https://www.chryslerwarrantydirect.com/?gclid=CjwKEAjwzMbLBRDzrJbJxZaE4DsSJAB8XPiBFAM79OygT8G9PxkRLi0GLZKkMqdcJ9uDJzxWulZxsxoCNQbw_wcB). I didn't want to purchase this after having a bad experience previously with a warranty void on my first car. Also, I noted the price was much lower on-line than what was being offered. The sales pitch is aggressive and to be honest I wasn't ready for it as I had already purchased the vehicle. It was similar to a timeshare aggressive pitch in the split of the personnel. Just a heads up. After purchasing the vehicle, the salespeople advised that I would be getting my title in the mail at which time I could register in NYS. Now, I took them at face value as they are experts in Ohio BMV regulations, etc. Now on July 7th, I began to worry about the timeframe as I was only given a 45 day temporary sticker. I contacted the salespeople via e-mail and they said don't worry it will be there next week (I have the email chain photo on my Google review). I waited this time period still taking the personnel at face value which was my mistake. They changed their tune when I contacted them a second time and I now had to go on a wild goose chase for the title through my finance company. The finance company takes 5 business days alone to PROCESS my request meaning that my car will now have to sit in my parking lot until the title comes because the tag is expired. Do not make the same mistake I did! More

When I came in he was very helpful and no high pressure to buy. Andy puts you at ease during the whole process and was very patient with all my questions. Recommend him highly to buy a car from at Falls Motor City. Bobby Cruse was excellent with the financial end of the process. He explains every option available and will work with what you want to make it work. More

From the moment the sales associate started talking to us we felt that we were wasting his time. Buying a car is a big deal, well at least for us it is. We were up front about wanting to finance through our bank and asked if there was any wiggle room on pricing. His answer "I can ask, but I already know the answer" while I usually appreciate honesty, it wasn't meant in that way. When we asked about all of the fees that would be added, there might as well been an audible groan before the answer. When we were asked if the dealership could run our credit to see if the could beat or match the interest rate from our bank we agreed because we were led to believe there might be some wiggle room on price. while the dealership was able to get us a very slightly lower rate (3.09, our bank was 3.14) but when we did the math our monthly payment would be higher, oh wait that's because there is a bank fee that was only divulged once we questioned why it would be higher. We were also told there was no room to negotiate price. We were still willing to go through with the sale, but with our bank until my husband questioned a tinging noise when the car was being moved. Our question was given a dismissive answer of "it's just the new brakes, but I can have them take a look if you want" again all that was missing was an audible groan and eye roll. Based on the constant rude and dismissive behavior we decided that we were not going to buy today and told the salesman that we wanted to think about things. He picked up his paper and said "I'll let them know your thinking about things" in an obviously frustrated and annoyed tone. At that point we had no idea if he was coming back or what was happening. We chose to just leave the dealership and look for a car elsewhere. We did receive a call about 5 minutes after we left, with a general message to call back. We will not be returning any calls or returning to purchase any cars from this dealership now or in the future. This is the 3rd dealership that we have dealt with and far and away the worst one. At the other dealerships people were friendly and respectful and offered a variety of food and drink (which we declined) just for walking in the door and asking questions and never felt like I was a waste of their time even though we didn't buy a car from them. In fact one of them has already reached out to us and let us know that he is still looking at cars that might be good for us. More

They lie to you about what is advertised on their website (dealer discounts) only to say that Chrysler Financing is required for the discounts, which is a MUCH higher rate to recoup the discount. This is not advertised ANYWHERE on the website. I even called the dealership from my cell phone IN THE DEALERSHIP to ask about financing and the guy who answered the phone (across the room from me) said, "Oh no, you can finance your vehicle anywhere for that discount, come on in." LIES, DECEIT, AND BS! More
