Kevin answered all of my questions without making me feel pressured in any way. He promptly answered my question after my test drive and I left the dealership, as I needed time to think before I made my final decision. He allowed me the time and space I needed to make a decision. I have purchased vehicles before but never have I experienced such transparency throughout the entire process! And if all of this was not enough, when I decided I wanted to move forward, he assisted with the completion of most of the paperwork electronically to speed up the process. The cream on top? Kevin arranged for someone to come to my home in Macedonia to bring me back to the dealership after I got off work so I could complete paperwork and drive my new Jeep home! Priceless!!!!!!
