Best dealer experience ever After having a great experience with my Jeep Grand Cherokee, I returned to have my pristine 2003 Ford F 250 Truck in for a wheel alignment, tire rotat After having a great experience with my Jeep Grand Cherokee, I returned to have my pristine 2003 Ford F 250 Truck in for a wheel alignment, tire rotation, and oil change, and again it was superb service and I was in and out in nothing flat. The service department swapped out my old head light bulbs with new HD bulbs that I had purchased at the auto parts store free of charge. I do the math and for some reason he was 900$ more?....I read the numbers that HE gave me, nothing I made up, were so close to a deal, on the numbers he gave me, not the total he came up with......also I have another question....if your interested in seeing what we can do let me know.......I'll be more than happy to change my review if we can get this resolved.....to top it of all they have is a generic I’m sorry... for real when I worked at a dodge dealership on the west cost this kinda of crap didn’t happen... this is dealer number two that lies about numbers when called out they don’t exist anymore More

From the moment I contacted Kevin Davis to ask "Is the price on the website really my price, or do I have to meet many different qualifications to get From the moment I contacted Kevin Davis to ask "Is the price on the website really my price, or do I have to meet many different qualifications to get this price?" he was graceful, kind, and responded honestly to my questions. Then we decided not to buy a car just now, so I thanked him for his time. A few days later I contacted him again. Rather than be dismissive because I had changed my mind once he responded as you would to a friend. We bought a car from him after our old dealer told us either we were lying about the price (It was right on the website) or we would not really get that price when we went in to do the deal. With nothing to lose, we went in and got the price Kevin promised. We also got in and out of the dealership faster than we ever have. Kevin and everyone at Falls Motor City were friendly and fair. More
