Terrible customer service Took my car into Valley Lexus to be serviced. I had made an appointment almost a week prior for a 35k service. I got there a few minutes early and che Took my car into Valley Lexus to be serviced. I had made an appointment almost a week prior for a 35k service. I got there a few minutes early and checked in at the desk. The women asked me who my advisor was -- like I was supposed to know. She asked me to have a seat. After over 20 min of being totally ignored, I was told that Ed (my service advisor) was still on the phone. The receptionist could see I was irritated and asked another women (Terri) if she could help me. Terri ask me "what was up?" I told her we were here for a service. She walked away and came back 10 min later with paperwork saying they were going to perform the 35k service. I'm thinking ok, it took a half hour to establish I was here for a 35 k service. Hmmm. She said it would be approx 70 min to rotate tires and check everything . I did not want to wait around. She offered no ride. My husband graciously stayed. I called and Uber at my own expense and left. I am never taking my car there again. More
