The sales associate Vanessa made my first time experience spectacular!! I walked in without an appointment and I just wanted to look but Vanessa took a step up and guided me through everything I needed to kn spectacular!! This is the first place I got my first KIA and also where I got my second. The sales associate Amanda was super patient and very helpful. She did not try to sell me something I didn't want and she took care I got my second. The sales associate Amanda was super patient and very helpful. Service Department at this Dealership has no customer service at all. I am so sorry but because of them they are loosing business to the sales department. I think this is a new staff in front because our family has purchase several cars from this Dealer for years and we have never experience, place you on hold for a long time, don't have a knowledge as to how to assist the customer, if its not cover by the guaranty they don't give you an option for out of pocket. We were thinking about purchasing another car with them but after this service. I am sorry but I don't think we are coming back. Very disappointed. More

I walked into the dealership with a service animal and disclosed my disability to the sales people. I don't know if this had anything to do with it, but the results is that by the time I walked out of the car lot, I was paying a total price of $37,717 for a car whose Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price was only $17,890. THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY RUDE! I GET MY OIL CHANGED HERE REGULARLY, WELL I USE TO, AND AFTER THE LAST OIL CHANGE, MY CAR STARTED LEAKING OIL. I CALL THEM TO DIS EXTREMELY RUDE! I GET MY OIL CHANGED HERE REGULARLY, WELL I USE TO, AND AFTER THE LAST OIL CHANGE, MY CAR STARTED LEAKING OIL. I CALL THEM TO DISCUSS THE ISSUE AND WAS TOLD TO BRING IN MY CAR THE NEXT DAY AT 7AM AND THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT BY MID AFTERNOON. SO I REARRANGE MY ENTIRE MORNING SO I CAN TAKE MY CAR IN TO BE FIXED AS I WAS TOLD. I GET THERE AND THE RUDEST KID EVER, DANNY, SAYS "WELL YOURE NOT IN THE SYSTEM AND THERE'S NOYHING I CAN DO SO SORRY" HE WAS SO RUDE AND ARROGANT. HE SAID TO LEAVE THE CAR 15 DAYS AND THEY WILL SEE IF THEY COULD TAKE A LOOK. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS?!? NOT ONLY DO THEY NOT COMMUNICATE WITHIN THEIR OWN SERVICE DEPARTMENT, BUT THEY PUT THE RUDEST KID THAT HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS DO HANDLE CUSTOMERS?! SO HE THEN CALLS ME AND STARTS SAYING HE RECOMMENDS I GET THAT LOOKED AT! SERIOUSLY?! THATS WHAT I WAS DOING. HE STSRTS RAISING HIS VOICE AT ME, YELLING, THATS HES JUST TRYING TO HELP. NO! HE SHOULD HAVE DONE WHAT I WAS TOLD THE DEPARTMENT WAS GONNA DO IF HE REALLY WANTED TO HELP. THIS KIA JUST LOST 2 LOYAL CUSTOMERS BECAUSE I AND MY WIFE OWN KIAS. WE WILL NEVER RETURN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO ANYONE. THIS KIA PURPOSELY HARMS A CUSTOMER'S VECHILE AND REFUSES TO CORRECT IT!! More
