COMPLETE AND TOTAL LIARS! If there were such a thing as NEGATIVE 20 STARS, then I'd use it. For now, I'm going to settle for 1 star. I emailed about an "internet special" and began negotiations via email (specifically to keep it in writing). I was dealing with a salesperson named "Kai". After going back and forth and coming to terms on a price, I told him, essentially to get the paperwork started and to treat this as a cash deal. Kai called me back and asked for my social and other personal data. I reminded Kai that I'm paying cash, therefore him running my credit isn't necessary. He stated his Sales Manager wanted that info as they can often times give me a better deal on pricing because they get dealer incentives. I said, "thanks but no thanks" and to keep the deal exactly as we discussed. Kai called me back to tell me that his Sales Manager can only give me a price that was $2,200 MORE THAN WHAT I HAVE IN WRITING! I was completely dumbfounded. If he had called me over the phone and I couldn't prove it; still completely unacceptable, but I HAVE IT IN WRITING. I told Kai to tell his Sales Manager that they need to honor the price, or I'm taking them to court. I called Kai a few hours later after not hearing from him. He immediately text me and said he was in a meeting with his Sales Manager and would call me right back. This was about 30 hours ago. I'm still waiting for the call. Needless to say, these guys are completely dishonest and to pull a "bait and switch" like that is totally unprofessional. The Sales Manager could care less about integrity or standing by what his people PUT IN WRITING. I would steer clear from this place. They are NOT honest people. More

My name is Phyllis Barrett,I had purchased a Chevy tracker used with only 41,000 k miles 2004 model. I had saved up before I came so i would have no car payment,to further protect my investment I boug tracker used with only 41,000 k miles 2004 model. I had saved up before I came so i would have no car payment,to further protect my investment I bought an extended warrenty for three years. the cost was1940.00 and a service agreement at 195.00 that gave me 8 oil changes and fluid checks and replacement. I was not even home before my passenger window was stuck and would not go up. I called the service department and they said they would order the part. isaid how long they said 2 weeks later that week My car began to rattle. I was assigned a service man by the name of Ray I made an appointment dropped my car off and later was told it wasent a problom that he could fix wasent under the bumper to bumper warrinty I purchased. weeks and weks go by my car gets worse and no call. i call again they have no record of me at all again ill order the part 2 weeks. now my back widshield wiper stops working. i call now take it in mind that I bought my car in 2012 march.I call again im in tears in the middle of a devorice broke wonting to sell my car to stay abouve water and I talk to the head of sevice dep aron. I explain whats been going on, how long its been going on,and he said bring it in. I did and he said he would take care of it. so i said well scince its here can you service it i have 8 and its time.He said of course the next day I come to pick it up and wow what a suprise no new my car was there for service. that was 3 weeks ago and I can't even get a call back. for all you weman and men don't ever use this company once they have your money there done with you. singed a women just stateing out on her own after 28 years and i got the saft same on you valley isle motoers jack will be my next letter. and consumer afair already got there,s channel 2 is on it and then ill scape up what money I have left and retain a laweyer. More

On island I'n sept 2011, we were looking for a good reliable family vehicle, with limited funds. Then I'n October Javin had found a couple of vehicles for us to come look at. While we were there he found us a deal that couldn't be passed up. So far our vehicle has been perfect. It looks great, drives great, and has enough room for all. It's a 2006 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer LD. It's loaded. Customer service was excellant you have a great guy I'n Javin, he really does care about his customers and their needs.
