big change I have only used this dealership in the last 2 years and in my first encounters I did not want to deal with them anymore. But since James has come into the service department he has changed my mind about this dealerships service department 180 degrees. I feel confident when I make an appointment that I will be taken care of.He even recently took care of me when I just stopped in with a minor issue and took care of it on the spot for me. More
