Was a loyal Ford customer since 1994 but not any more. STATEMENT DISCLOSURE:My opinion is never meant to offend or to do any harm to anyone. I was $30,000 upside down on my 2016 Ford expedition el Limite STATEMENT DISCLOSURE:My opinion is never meant to offend or to do any harm to anyone. I was $30,000 upside down on my 2016 Ford expedition el Limited.And I came in asking for a deal if they could help me out.The sales person said no you're way too upside down.There is no way we can help you even you had $20,000 with you.And I spoke to one of the longtime employees,Who was a service advisor,But works for another company now.He was happy he got up and left that day because it was awful how they were treated.And now current general sales manager is very upset with me that I left a very bad review about his dealership and why I call corporate office.Because I'm spending a lot of my money that can buy a house on Maui.I turned away , went to Jim Falks motors of Maui GMC and, I got approved my purchase on a brand new GMC truck.I downed $20,000 and drove off in my Leather fully equipped 4x4 crew Cab truck.All of my three vehicles are all replaced by GM vehicles.They were all Ford's and Lincolns back in the days.I now a loyal GM customer for life,no more Fords.If you want an honest answer see saleman Mr.Tony Copeland of Jim Falks motors of Maui.He will never give up on your dreams and will save money.
