The service center manager, Matt Hicks, is a complete shcmuck! No wonder why the turnover in service advisors is constant..I could only imagine how he treats his employees when he treats customers with shcmuck! He will not return phone calls or emails, and if you are able to get him on the phone then get ready for a verbal assault. It has gotten to the point where I will record the phone conversations just to CYA if Ford corporate ever wants additional proof as to his complete disregard for an iota of custgoer service! More
Aloha to whom ever may read this review. I recently purchased a used 2018 Audi A3 from Valley Isle Motors on February 18th 2024. First and foremost, I understand that a used vehicle will not I recently purchased a used 2018 Audi A3 from Valley Isle Motors on February 18th 2024. First and foremost, I understand that a used vehicle will not be pristine (that's a given). However, a few issues have come up with the vehicle that I fully expected Valley Isle to step up and assist me in repairing. 1) The day I purchased the vehicle was a bright sunny 82 degree day. Upon the visual inspection of the exterior i noted a few dings here and there and I accepted them. What I did not notice was that the DRL's (Daytime Runner Lights) were not fully illuminated. I only found out about a week later when I saw my vehicles reflection in a store front (at night). I e-mailed Alex with Valley Isle of my discovery and after a few days got back to me that the owner Erik, stated that He could not help me out. I was very upset as new headlights cost $1700+ for my model. 2) Upon visiting a gas station to fill up for the first time, then gas tank door when pressed did not pop-out like is should. I was forced to have to use a key to and as carefully as I could try to pop it open from the small separation space from the car body. 3) Just yesterday 3/19/2024, about 30 days to the date of the purchase at 6:30am I pressed my start button and the battery was dead. As you can imagine I was extremely upset and started to think this place just sold me a lemon... A battery should not be dead after purchasing a car a month ago, coincidence or not, that is just not right... Fast forward to today 3/20/24... I emailed Alex for an update, as I had asked Valley Isle to pay for my new battery, and Erik the owner has refused. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE. BUYER BEWARE! More
Avoid this dealership at all costs. The GM Matt Hicks and service department are scammers. I took my truck in after Ford issued a recall on it. I read the code at home and it came back fitting the recall. Took it to the dealership, they kept it for over 24 hours just to read the code and tell me it doesn’t fit the recall. They then charged me $280. $280 just to read a code for a recall that Ford issued. Believe the other reviews and avoid this dealership. More

Where is the line between greed and capitalism? she was excited and waited 2 years only to be price gouged and having to complain to ford. They didn’t mention any markup until the car arrived on the island. many dealers on mainland will deliver for sticker and she may end up bringing one from there. She ended up complaining to Ford and AG in HNL for being price gouged. More

Nice people, just poor customer service. Never called me to tell me car was done, then told me the part was $200 more than original estimate. So I paid $180 to go home with nothing. I’m a repeat customer because I’ve always been treated like family. They listen and bend over backwards to make me feel appreciated. I can honestly say I’ve never drove off the lot disappointed. Didn’t experience problems with my prior 2 and don’t expect to with this one. Some close to me and many I know of look down on Fords, but their opinion on my truck that they put no money into is something I could careless about. I’ve owned a brand new Dodge 2500 Mega cab which has always been my dream truck and had nothing but problems. Not going to lie I was skeptical giving up a truck I’ve always wanted for my first F-150. Didn’t explain about it. No full tank gas. Ford is the last time I’ll ever buy a car from them. They all need to be re-train on customer service and explaining things throughly. More
