Had a great experience viewing and test driving the Tiguan I was looking at, and the introduction I got to all the electronics on the day we brought it home! The one star deduction comes from the paperwork signing/financing part of it. Had some incorrect info and data on our forms, had to re-sign some. That whole process was rushed and frazzled. Hope it was all done correctly. Overall, love my new Tiguan! More
