I was really impressed by the friendly manner of all of the staff from the moment I stopped by to the moment I left with my car. Mr. Jerry Meier was my assigned salesperson for my first new car purchase. Yet he was inaccessible, for example, of the half dozen or so follow-up attempts by me about my submitted model configuration, we s new car purchase. Yet he was inaccessible, for example, of the half dozen or so follow-up attempts by me about my submitted model configuration, we spoke only one time - and he sounded disinterested. I requested a change for Robbie Seaman, another rep that was likable and sounded professional; but the management refused the change. Instead, I was sent a pearl clutching how-could-this-happen missive by email from an unidentified employee or bot. That was over three days ago. No problems now, I am in the process to order my first new car from another dealer. More
