Kevin always makes our car buying experience so easy and gives us unbelievable customer service. He works hard to find the good deals, always returns calls and emails in a timely manner and stays in consta gives us unbelievable customer service. I chose Valley Imports to purchase my first new Volkswagen and then experience was great. I felt well served and it was an inviting experience. I test drove multiple models and trims before deciding on one that wasn't actually in stock. They did all they could to locate and transport the vehicle I wanted without question. Matt Blauert was my salesperson and he kept in contact throughout the process and made sure my experience was all I thought it should be. I have been a Volkswagen/Audi driver for 6 years now, I have had aweful experiences with other dealerships. So when I went to valley imports I was very pleased and suprised. My services where much cheaper have had aweful experiences with other dealerships. So when I went to valley imports I was very pleased and suprised. My services where much cheaper than other dealerships, they include a free full inspection and a car wash, along with a complimentary taxi service. The employees were very friendly and service was exceptional. I would recommend this dealer to anyone! More

Where should I start? The personnel of Valley Imports was nothing but rude and treated us very poorly. My wife and me where talked in a very condesending matter. I think not! I went there to have my audi inspected that has never had any serious issues until Valley Imports 'serviced' it. After a routine inspection that cost me twice as much as other Porsche/Audi dealers in Minneapolis and other places would charge, my vehicle started acting oddly and having one minor issue after another which required me to come back to waste more money on this terrible dealership. Still believing Valley Imports to be competent, I went back over and over again spending thousands in repair cost on issues that I now believe might have been deliberately caused by Valley Imports. The last time I went there they 'accidentely' popped a tire and then tried to get me to buy a whole new set of tires. After almost having to argue with the personnel they reluctantly agreed to replace the tire they destroyed at no charge. The Audi I am referring to was my first car and i saved up for a while to be able to afford it and entrusted it to Valley Imports to take care of it and service it properly and in return they ruined it. After talking to my coworkers I found out that another person had a similar experience of having a perfectly fine vehicle 'serviced' only to have it returned with never ending issues that required more 'servicing'. If you care about your vehicle and friendly customer service you should avoid Valley Imports at all costs!! I wish I never had stepped into this dealership since they are either purposely ruining vehicles to trick people into coming back for more repairs or they are so incompetent that their attempt at repairing a vehicle results in more damage. Stay away!! More
