In comes Kevin, patient and informative. Exactly what I needed before I made a second, high end purchase. After returning home that evening, the A4 remained in my mind when I called Kevin and asked to schedule time for a second look. Returning the following day, Kevin and I drove the car off the floor, onto the highway and that was it. Not certain if I was buying the car or the salesman as both played an equal role in helping me make the decision. Secondly, my old car which I had already researched its' value to my surprise was matched at the dealer, sold on the spot and drove away with my beautiful A4 making the entire transaction virtually seamless. I intend to return next year for a repeat and I'm hopeful Kevin is there to help me navigate my next purchase.
