We were able to apply for financing for the Passat I wanted and within about an hour I was approved. I had to wait until the following weekend to go to the dealership to look at the car and test drive it. The dealership was spotless and impressive. All of the staff were very friendly. We were treated very well. None of the dealerships in my hometown try this hard to impress or were this courteous and helpful to us. I recently moved from Fargo, ND to Williston, ND for work and unfortunately was in an accident and had to start the search for a new car again. I sent them an e-mail and with in 30 minutes I got a phone call. I explained that I wasn't in the Fargo area and Zack was more than willing to help in any way he could. He took the car over to a friends house for me, they looked it over, took a test drive and got back to me right away. They were blown away with his customer service skills and had nothing but good things to say about him and the car. After deciding that the 2005 Honda Accord was the way I wanted to go, he personally delivered the car out to Williston for me. I was completely thrilled with this entire experience! The customer service that I had was out of this world, and working with Zack was effortless.
