Friendly and efficient service I found a car I was interested in on carsoup.com and emailed the dealership to see if it was still available. Erik Swenson called right away the next I found a car I was interested in on carsoup.com and emailed the dealership to see if it was still available. Erik Swenson called right away the next morning to give me more information and set up an appointment. This was my first experience buying a car and Erik was very helpful, friendly and efficient. He walked me through the different options that were available and made the decision easy. He was really easy to talk to and ask questions of and I never felt pressured to make a decision. I bought an Outlander and he walked me through everything on the vehicle and even helped set up my Bluetooth. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely go back! More

I was offered a fair price on my purchase and my trade. Erik was always accommodating to my schedule, very friendly and also very knowledgeable. She was very accomodating and set up an appointment with me as I live 120 miles from the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership the A5 was washed and parked out front. I met Tana and was very impressed with her knowledge of the vehicle. We struck a deal and she introduced me to Matt Walz , Business manager. The two of them worked dilegently to make the deal happen that day so that I could take the vehicle home . I would highly recommend Tana ,Matt and all the staff at Valley Imports. Great Experience! I had spent quite a bit of time researching vehicles and test driving different models of small SUVs at different dealerships when I located an Outlan I had spent quite a bit of time researching vehicles and test driving different models of small SUVs at different dealerships when I located an Outlander Sport on the Valley Imports website. I sent a message asking if the vehicle was still available and with in minutes Tana had responded and we set up a test drive. The whole process was far from stressful! Tana made it very easy to go through the whole car buying gig. I never felt "pressured" into making a purchase, in fact she was more than willing to give me time to make up my mind and answered all questions I had about the vehicle itself. I would definitely recommend Valley Imports to anyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle and send them Tana's way! More

He answered all our questions and gave us the information we needed to make our choice. He did not come across as pushy in any way. When we wanted to pick up our car ASAP, he quickly made the arrangements to make that happen and even stayed late after work to go through the final inspection and closing paperwork. It is refreshing to find a kind and honest car salesman! It appears Valley Imports does an excellent job of trying to make you comfortable while you make your car buying choice.
