I love my new Audi Q7 I had a great experience buying my new Q7 at Valley Imports. Tana made it easy to find the vehicle I really wanted and that best fit my needs. The dealership had a very comfortable atmosphere and they made the whole process very simple. It was nice working with both Tana and Kristen. Tana showed me all the bells and whistles on my new Q7 and Kristen made the paperwork process very quick and easy. I would definitely recommend and/or refer anyone interested in an Audi to Tana. She doesn't use high pressure sales tactics and is very knowledgeable about the Audi brand of vehicles. More

Tana Martin was the first person to greet us and answered all our questions while juggling multiple customers. Tana was a very nice and professional person to work with through the entire process and kept us informed about new inventory by phone, text and email. She is extremely knowledgeable about the dealership’s brands, and current and future inventory. Tana’s knack of connecting with the customer made the experience very enjoyable. He researched the cars to get closest model to my "wish list". Then he provided upfront pricing to get me the best deal possible. He addressed all my concerns and did not make me feel pressured to buy. He made me feel comfortable and confident to make a decision.
