OUT OF THIS WORLD CUSTOMER SERVICE my new ML350 was taking longer than expected to arrive at the dealership and I had to turn in my BMW from a previous lease and was without a ride. I was offered a loaner till mine came in, I was expecting a used ride, BUT the gave me a brand new Mercedes to use till mine came in, now that's service and I will never forget my experience. More

Best dealer in town. I was shopping for a new ride for about 5 weeks, had plenty of time to visit many dealers in town and outside the town. Kevin was not aggressive, very I was shopping for a new ride for about 5 weeks, had plenty of time to visit many dealers in town and outside the town. Kevin was not aggressive, very knowledgeable about his products and honest. Spent a lot of time to let me test different cars and made some really professional suggestions about my choices. He did fantastic job taking advantage off all discounts. If I am on the market for the next car it will be from Kevin. Worry free car buying is possible. Thanks Valley Imports! More

A VERY Happy Birthday! My husband and I were looking for a used car as gift to our daughter as a birthday/graduation gift. We found a very nice looking Volkswagon on the website and went in to meet with Kevin (secretly) to take it for a test drive, etc... Of course Kevin did a fantastic job teaching me about the car and all the safety features and everything that goes along with buying a car. But the best thing Kevin did was help me plan to surprise my daughter with the car. He had the car detailed (looked like new!) and set it just outside the showroom all by itself so when our family 'spontaneously' decided to drive through the car lot, the car immediately caught my daughter's eye and we went up to look at it and there was a card on the seat that said "Happy Birthday". The next day my daughter went in to the dealership and Kevin helped her set up all the features of the car and gave her a tutorial. I definitely recommend Kevin and would look forward to working with him again should the opportunity arise! More

Excellent service in aspects of the sale and service I have nothing but praise for Valley Imports and especially Kevin Duenwald. Kevin came in on a Saturday for me to test drive a new Passat (I live 200 I have nothing but praise for Valley Imports and especially Kevin Duenwald. Kevin came in on a Saturday for me to test drive a new Passat (I live 200 miles from this dealership). He found me the color and trim of model I wanted and delivered it to me - in the middle of a snow storm. Fantastic service all the way. Although we now have a VW dealer where I live, I will be going back to Valley Imports because of the great service they offer. More

I also had them put in auto-start and that could not have worked out any better. They are great to work with and highly recommend them! More

Wasn't really looking.....Came away with a new AUDI!! A great experience from the minute we walked in the door. We asked to speak with someone regarding the Q7 out front and Tana introduced herself as the Audi Specialist. We weren't in any hurry to trade. Hadn't even looked at a Q7 but decided to take a test drive. We were hooked. Tana took the time to show us all of the features and was even willing to located exactly what we wanted. We looked on a Saturday and agreed to make the deal on the following Monday. Took delivery the following Saturday. Smooth transition into a new vehicle. We had a great experience and we would highly recommend them to anyone. More

By far the best buying experience I've ever had! I was dreading car shopping because of the fast-talking, high-pressure sales people I've dealt with before. But Erik was super chill, fun, and helpful! I test drove a couple cars, and he was great about explaining the different options and running numbers on leases for me. When I picked up my car, he walked me through every single feature and helped me set up the Bluetooth. This dude's a total pro! I've been nothing but pumped since driving off the lot! Absolutely love my new car! More
