Once we had arrived on a price Erik stuck to it, and never tried to sell me more stuff than i wanted, this is a definite positive to me, i don't like being pressured!! The day came to get my new TDI and i had no way to come and get it, no problem Erik and an associate drove from Fargo to Grand Forks and delivered it to my home!! Now that's service!!! Erik and i had joked about options and add-ons, i mentioned i wanted a free Pepsi with the deal or the deal was off, (jokingly of course). When Erik pulled up to my house he had 2 ice cold Pepsi's with him. I didn't really think Erik would even remember my joking around, but he did, and he delivered!! Ryan did an excellent job of answering our questions and when he didn't know an answer, he made sure to find out! Ryan did a perfect job of following up with us as his follow up notes were frequent enough to keep us in contact but not over-bearing. He never once made us feel pressured about buying a car.
