I didn't know anything about Kevin was amazing to work with! I have been a devout GM customer but was looking to find something else for my new lease. I didn't know anything about Volkswagens but have heard great things about them. I had a plethora of questions for Kevin about both the Passat and the Jetta. My biggest concern was if 2 car seats could fit in the back and we could still all be comfortable. Most of our communication was via email and phone since I am in GF. I had about 30 mins during a recent trip to Fargo and Kevin coordinating to have a Passat and a Jetta, warmed up, and ready for us to look at. If there was any question he was unsure of he made sure to get back to me as soon as he found the answer.
