Stranded On the Road Our MB/Sprinter has not been reliable in our travels - damage codes, faulty sensors, A/C runs hot sometimes, transmission issues, limp mode, etc. Afte Our MB/Sprinter has not been reliable in our travels - damage codes, faulty sensors, A/C runs hot sometimes, transmission issues, limp mode, etc. After four days of service elsewhere - we were headed back to Michigan and the A/C quit working in 90º temps all across ND. We spent the night in our Sprinter RV at Valley Imports lot. At 7:30 am Brian got things rolling for us - he listened and acted appropriately under pressure! he cleared the schedule, swapped A/C unit and performed additional service above the call of duty! We were back on the road by about noon. Seems to be a very caring staff at Valley Imports! More

The long wait If it wasn't for Bob, who wasn't even our sales person I don't believe we would've stayed the duration to get the truck. We found the truck we wanted, If it wasn't for Bob, who wasn't even our sales person I don't believe we would've stayed the duration to get the truck. We found the truck we wanted, took a test drive, immediate approval it was great. It was a holiday so this must come into play however since starting the buying process at 10:30 a.m., approval immediately we finally were able to speak with the finance dept and finished at 2:00 p.m. I wouldn't recommend bringing in a trade, the offer was more then insulting by this other gentlemen. WOW. That said, Bob hands down made our day with conversation, good humor and just overall was great to be around. We had a good sales person, he left us a few times but he did good, but it was truly Bob that made the long hours not seem so long. Thank you Bob, our next purchase will be from you! More
