They made it right! I had been looking to trade off my Volkswagen minivan for a couple of months. Tania was patient with me and kept in contact. Not too much not too litt I had been looking to trade off my Volkswagen minivan for a couple of months. Tania was patient with me and kept in contact. Not too much not too little. They got me into the vehicle I liked at the price I needed. Some challenges were experienced on the paperwork side but Michelle made it smooth and painless as possible making me feel that they weren't as happy either with the issues. I have worked with them in the past on previous vehicles and have never had any issues. They have excellent customer service in all of their departments. Tana was my salesperson; she is easy to get along with, very knowledgeable about the Audi line of vehicles, helpful, courteous, and doesn't give you the hard sell. She is truly interested in finding the right car for you. Tana answered all of my questions and did a very thorough job of going through the new vehicle with me. I worked with Michelle to do the financing - she was great and explained what every document was that I signed. I feel like Greg gave me a good deal on my trade in and I believe I got the best price on my new vehicle. I am very happy being a customer of Valley Imports and I will be their customer for life. Suprisingly excellent. Being from Duluth, we had only purchased cars from local dealers. When they could not find the particular model and features I was looking for we wid Being from Duluth, we had only purchased cars from local dealers. When they could not find the particular model and features I was looking for we widened our search. After extending our search to 500 miles, we found a 2008 Aspen with low miles and a bench seat, just what we were looking for. Buying a car from 250 miles away is harrowing to say the least. Erik Swenson made it easy. He answered questions, explained policy and send us many pictures - even created a quick video. I have a thing about rust and this body type tends to rust. Erik took extra time to take photos of all the problem area. There was never a time through out the entire process that he pushed us to make a decision. When we said we were coming out to look at it, he pulled it off the lot and held it while we drove the 4 1/2 hours to get there. The car was everything he said. Rust was very minimal and we left with the car later in the afternoon. He even stayed after the dealer closed to ensure that the deal was done and that we were happy. I would buy from him again Not much more to say. If you are looking for a car, locally or from a distance, I think Erik is a salesman you can trust. More

I was relocating to Fargo for a new job from the East Coast and started my initial car search via the internet.. Erik was extremely responsive to my requests for information and always responded in a prompt, complete and professional manner - and all by email! My wife and I went back and forth between the A3 and the S3 and no matter how many times we changed our minds, Erik always was helpful, courteous and professional. When we finally arrived in Fargo, Erik was very helpful and kept me informed as to when the car would be ready for drive away and even suggested an insurance agent who I worked with to insure the car and my new apartment. Erik did a great job delivering the car and went over all the features and functions very thoroughly. I found Erik a pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase an Audi in Fargo. More

My best leasing experience to date I was in the market to lease a 2015 Golf R. I was immediately contacted by Erik Swenson via email after visiting Valley's website. Erik did his best to find all of the answers I was looking for as to when the car would become available to dealerships and how to go about securing one for myself. He was very respectful of my wishes to only communicate through email. This request was in response to a prior experience with a very pushy salesperson at a different dealership. Erik was always very prompt in responding to my questions throughout the whole process. Upon arriving at Valley Imports dealership Erik sent me photos of my car on the shipping truck and while in was in the shop getting some final touches. It made me that much more excited to get into my new car! When I got to Valley Imports to pick up the car, the entire finance paperwork process went exceptionally smooth. Michelle Alm had all of the paperwork ready to go. She explained all of the financial matters thoroughly and gave me a tour of the service department to get me acquainted with them. She was very helpful in finding the answers to my questions pertaining to end of lease warranty options presented to me at the time of signing. Overall Valley Imports, Erik Swenson and Michelle Alm went above and beyond to make my transition out of one lease and into the new VW Golf R very smooth and worry free. I highly recommend seeing Erik Swenson at Valley Imports for your next vehicle purchase! More

The best in town! I was having some issues with my BT-Audio in my new Jetta, and Michelle was so pleasant to work with. Finally, an enjoyable car buying experience! I submitted a question through the Valley Imports website and I received a very prompt reply from Tana. She answered every question I had in detail (even on her days off) and was very helpful and friendly when I finally met her. She was not at all pushy, which was so refreshing! I knew my needs and wants were her number one priority and she far exceeded my expectations. When we decided what car we wanted, she went through the entire car, showed me exactly how everything worked and even synced my phone up to blue tooth. We will definately be returning to Tana for any future vehicle purchases. Matt made me feel like he was "on my side" through the entire process. It was like talking to a friend or family member. He always made sure I understood and explained things very well. More
