The long wait If it wasn't for Bob, who wasn't even our sales person I don't believe we would've stayed the duration to get the truck. We found the truck we wanted, took a test drive, immediate approval it was great. It was a holiday so this must come into play however since starting the buying process at 10:30 a.m., approval immediately we finally were able to speak with the finance dept and finished at 2:00 p.m. I wouldn't recommend bringing in a trade, the offer was more then insulting by this other gentlemen. WOW. That said, Bob hands down made our day with conversation, good humor and just overall was great to be around. We had a good sales person, he left us a few times but he did good, but it was truly Bob that made the long hours not seem so long. Thank you Bob, our next purchase will be from you! More

Excellent Experience Before I even walked into the door Nic was there to assist me right away. He was fantastic, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of all the vehicles. Before I even walked into the door Nic was there to assist me right away. He was fantastic, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of all the vehicles. He first took me on a test drive in a 2013 Jetta. During that drive he explained why the Jetta is a reliable car and all the features that came with it. Also during this time he learned what I was looking for. He then suggested a few other cars to me when we got back. The next car I test drove was the vehicle I will be buying in less then a week. Once we were done driving we went in to fill out some information. There I met Greg, he was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable as well. He answered some other questions I had while Nic filled out the information he needed. Greg also went over some other details of the vehicle with me as well. After that I met with Michelle who helped me with the paperwork I needed to fill out. She was also very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable as well. My experience with Valley Imports has been fantastic thanks to Nic, Greg and Michelle. I must say over the last week I have been to many different car dealers but Valley Imports has been my best car buying experience ever! Buying my Jetta TDI I have always wanted a Jetta TDI, Erik Swenson made this possible. He went out of his way to make my car buying experience a really great one. Once we had arrived on a price Erik stuck to it, and never tried to sell me more stuff than i wanted, this is a definite positive to me, i don't like being pressured!! The day came to get my new TDI and i had no way to come and get it, no problem Erik and an associate drove from Fargo to Grand Forks and delivered it to my home!! Now that's service!!! Erik and i had joked about options and add-ons, i mentioned i wanted a free Pepsi with the deal or the deal was off, (jokingly of course). When Erik pulled up to my house he had 2 ice cold Pepsi's with him. I didn't really think Erik would even remember my joking around, but he did, and he delivered!! If u want a really positive car buying experience please go to Valley Imports in Fargo, ND and see Erik Swenson, he is the best, warm, friendly, caring and a great sense of humor!! Was spaced out just far enough to keep you wanting to come back. Over all a great salesman to work with. Armin did an awesome job securing financing that u could afford. He went over the paperwork details perfectly. I have already recommended them and Valley Imports to people interested in a new or used car. More
