I was not pushed into making a purchase and he understood my needs. He is genuine and sincere. I bought my second car from Valley Imports because of him. I also want to give kuddos to Matt for his patience dealing with me and my last minute change. I decided that after making the purchase, I wanted a different color of the same model of car. He was able to make the switch real fast and did not act frustrated. I know I would have been if I had to deal with a customer such as myself. They are both amazing individuals and Valley Imports are real lucky to have these guys as a part of their team. I will be back in the next 5 years for another purchase. This is a promise! Bought a car from North Dakota and had it shipped to Dallas I wanted a low mileage 2016 Audi A6 so I looked on cars.com. Valley Imports had one about $5,000 cheaper than the one in Dallas. Went to the Dallas I wanted a low mileage 2016 Audi A6 so I looked on cars.com. Valley Imports had one about $5,000 cheaper than the one in Dallas. Went to the Dallas dealership for a test drive. Even though the Dallas dealership said they did not negotiate their used car prices, they eventually came down about $3200, but that still made Valley Imports about $1,800 cheaper After looking at the pictures online, Erik Swenson took a video of the car and even pointed out the few minor imperfection. I agreed to buy the car on Tuesday, paper work was overnighted back and forth and I owned the car on Thursday. Hired a shipper for $750 and the car was in Dallas on Monday (six days after I agreed to buy it). Admittedly I was a bit worried because I had not bought a car like this before, but it was easy and after paying for shipping I still saved about $1,800. Only additional work on my part is I have to have the car inspected in Texas and stop get the title transferred to Texas. More
