Thomas and Joel were very helpful I found the perfect Highlander, a 2015 Limited Platinum with only 17,000 miles, while browsing the internet (I believe I found it on cars.com) at Vall I found the perfect Highlander, a 2015 Limited Platinum with only 17,000 miles, while browsing the internet (I believe I found it on cars.com) at Valley Imports. Joel was very helpful in answering my myriad questions through text messaging. While Joel was not in on the day I was able to come to town, he arranged for Thomas to show me the Toyota Highlander I was interested in, as well as an Atlas. Somewhat regretfully in the end, I bought an older Highlander with low miles at a dealership in Minnesota. I am happy with my vehicle choice and it is serving my needs quite nicely. I am thankful for the time Joel and Thomas took in helping me, and overall I had an excellent experience with Valley Imports. My only complaint would be that I was not thanked in return, for considering a purchase at Valley Imports, especially since I was only a handshake away from making the deal. More
