Good people, but need a process. Sales and Finance were super nice people, but seemed to struggle through the sales process. I felt they didn’t have a clear idea of the flow of the buying and finance process. Finance especially. Nothing some more training can’t fix. I received the car and it seemed hastily detailed and still had a kinda grungy interior. None of the power ports worked and I had to bring it back in for warranty work within the first week. I still haven’t heard back from the service DEPT regarding the parts on order and it has been almost two weeks. Shouldn’t that stuff be checked out ahead of time by the dealer? Especially since it was a Mercedes CPO car? Another training/process item. All in all a good experience, but some more work is needed to really make this process shine in the eyes of the customer.
