I called Brian in the service center at 8:15am to describe the noise I was concerned about and asked if they could squeeze me in because I was leaving I called Brian in the service center at 8:15am to describe the noise I was concerned about and asked if they could squeeze me in because I was leaving for the Twin Cities at noon. He greeted me when I arrived at 8:30 and promptly assessed the issue with the power steering and brake pads. Everything was fixed by noon! It is rare to find this level of quality service.
