Personalized Experience! So I was needing a new car for the winter because my old car does not function very well in any type of cold winter weather. I went to Valley Imports to look at some Mitsubishi’s because I knew that, that was going to be my best option. The rep I was with was Lisa and she made the experience so wonderful. It was very personal and there wasn’t a rush about me buying a car. However when I said I wanted to buy a car she was able to get me LITERALLY the best deal on the lot that had everything I wanted. The entire staff at valley imports just treats you so well when you go in, even if it’s just to look. Would HIGHLY recommend them to ANYONE AND EVERYONE! More

The service was good, and some of the team knew me by name. The only thing I would change is the excess communication. I got 3 confirmation emails, two welcome text messages, an inspection video via text and email, but no communication that my car was done. Fortunately someone recognized me and let me know, because my advisor had gone to lunch. Then, I got a follow-up email talking about the survey process, a phone call and voicemail that promised to call back for survey info, and then a text message with a link to this survey. At some point, the communication gets to the point of diminishing returns. And I think we’re past it by quite a distance. More

One year check up Michelle was super helpful and friendly both on the phone before my service visit and while I was waiting. The only not positive thing was that I was told it would be a 2 hr job and it turned out to be about 4 1/2 hrs. Nobody’s fault really and I would recommend Valley Imports again. More
