Awesome Experience I called to scheduled my first service on my leased Mitsubishi and was told exactly what services needed to be completed and was offered a coupon to b I called to scheduled my first service on my leased Mitsubishi and was told exactly what services needed to be completed and was offered a coupon to boot. When I dropped off my car the service process was explained and how I would receive text updates that included a video of my car being looked over. After the oil change was completed and they were unable to remove the engine light and tire light they notified the service tech to look more into. When I picked up my car the oil was changed, all issues addressed and it was sparkling clean . Overall an awesome 1st experience! More

At one point, I asked that my boyfriend speak to the tech to help us better understand the issue that needed to be addressed. Brian graciously called him (since he was out of town working) and addressed all of his questions and concerns. I also appreciate that Michelle is so knowledgeable about the services being performed. It's nice to he able to speak directly to one person about a variety of concerns instead of being handed amongst others. I also had friendly, comfortable courtesy rides to and from Valley Imports as well. I have no hesitation returning. More
