Decent overall service department My biggest issue is the attitudes of those in sales and parts. They treat you less than themselves because you may not be dressed to their thoughts. I My biggest issue is the attitudes of those in sales and parts. They treat you less than themselves because you may not be dressed to their thoughts. I'm a working man who happens to live German automobiles, I own a BMW 550i that is my baby. I would be willing to look at a Porsche as it is my last German manufacturer to own. I can tell you when the time is right for that purchase, I will be doing it somewhere else. Just because somebody is wearing a suit, doesnt mean I dont have the cash, YES CASH, to purchase just about any vehicle they have on their lot. I do like their service department and will continue to have my BMW serviced here, but will not be purchasing any vehicle from here, EVER! More
