Surprising Clean I was very impressed with my vehicle interior. My vehicle is 10’years old, but in good shape and paid for. I have been telling lots of people how pleased I am. I will ask for this again next Christmas. More

Very impressed My first experience with Valley Imports could not have been more positive. I came in to look at (and eventually purchase) a pre-owned 2015 Volkswagen My first experience with Valley Imports could not have been more positive. I came in to look at (and eventually purchase) a pre-owned 2015 Volkswagen Golf. Dzmitry assisted us through the process and he couldn't have been more helpful. The weather on the day I purchased wasn't the greatest, but he brought the car right up to the door and had it warmed up before we went on the test drive. He was incredibly knowledgable of the specific car, as well as Volkswagen as a whole brand. I was presented with multiple options about supplemental services (warranties, service contracts, etc.), but never felt pressured into purchasing any of them. Todd and Matt from the finance team were both extremely helpful as well, and it's refreshing to deal with salesmen who are genuinely concerned about getting you the lowest, most comfortable payments as opposed to just getting the car off their lot. The car was in incredible shape, both inside and out. It was very evident that a lot of work had been put into making sure the car was as clean as if it just rolled off the assembly line. They even replaced the battery and wiper blades for free while we were waiting to get the finances finalized, which was a very nice and thoughtful bonus. The dealership itself was very accommodating, with plenty of complimentary snacks and drinks. When we were ready to go, Dzmitry walked us through the service department and explained some final things about the car before I drove off a happy customer. I would not hesitate to come to buy another vehicle from Dzmitry or anybody at Valley Imports. More

Awful Service Sent in a few cars for trade in values and finance. Like always, no response and staff didn’t care. Pretty obvious they don’t want the business. Talked to Todd in finance and he was rather rude. Never got a call back for trade in value on my car. Marshall was wonderful as always, and I feel bad that the staff behind him does not return calls when he is trying to earn a living. Marshall is the only person I would recommend working with, but it is unfortunate the people who support him in his job do not follow up. After emailing and calling three times last week, I drive to Minneapolis and purchased a 2019 BMW, and they were more than happy to receive the business there. Valley Imports really needs to work on the business relationships and how they treat people. More

Trapped with no heat From out of town. When we left hotel heater fan wouldn’t turn on. Went to Valley Imports and 1.5 hrs later we drove away with new fan motor. Can’t bea From out of town.
