Poor communication We first contacted Valley imports both Dean and Mae called and left messages at the Mercedes shop and no one returned a call. Next we drove up there and left the 2008 Mercedes and said let us know when the airbag recall is fixed. It also needed general maintenance like rotate the tires and balance them. Also the windshield was broken and our insurance company contacted them and they said they would get it fixed. Approximately one month later we heard from Valley imports and the maintenance on the car was done ? The windshield never did get repaired. We were tired of waiting so we took the car without the windshield being repaired. The work they did was fine it just took forever. More
