It started out with a quick request to run some numbers and within an hour Robbie had sent me pictures/videos of what was available on the lot and we had agreed on a Volkswagen Tiguan. Before he left the dealership that Saturday, my new vehicle was at Reconditioning! Two days later I was able to come and take delivery of my new vehicle. Robbie did a great job walking me through it and setting up my Volkswagen app, making sure I knew where everything was before I drove off the lot! Kristen Pagel helped expedite the Lender/finance process (thanks again :)) and Marshal did a great job explaining all of my payment options, optional features, warranty plans, etc. There were no secrets or hidden fees that I wasn't made aware of or prepared for.
