Slow service I was there for new tires and 45k mile checkup. I used to be a mechanic, so I know how long it takes to balance and mount 4 tires, change oil & filter, and bleed the brakes. I was there for 4 1/2 hours, when it should have taken about 2 hours. I live over two hours away, so this became and all-day event. The quality of their work was good, but I doubt that I'll return. More

My vehicle was ready exactly when they said it would be. When I dropped it off I requested to have the premium interior detailing, and was expecting it to be a $200+ job.
