Excellent communication at this service department. From scheduling appointment to checking in Michelle was very friendly and accommodating and communicated clearly what to expect. I was especially impressed when during the appointment I received a text video from the technician show points of interest under the car. This text was followed by a phone call to discuss the extra work needed. The appointment finished on time and a courtesy shuttle was promptly sent to pick me up to return to my car. More
