Always a good experience with the Service Department. I drive 400 miles round trip to go there. Sales people are aloof though. I was originally informed that my would take between 3-5 hours to complete the required repairs but my car was in for over 6 hours. I was also informed that the work on my car would cost $753 but was charge hours to complete the required repairs but my car was in for over 6 hours. I was also informed that the work on my car would cost $753 but was charged $803. Both time and the change in price are issues that should be addressed because I and other customers make plans based on information provided. More
