I have always been happy in the past but it took close to 3 hours for an oil change and a recall item. And I had an appointment so I didn’t “just drop in.” Don did not communicate with me. I Had come to his desk twice to get a status (since I was sitting in the wait area) and then when seeing my car in the in check-out area went to him to pay. Being I drove 2 hours each way for this appointment it ended up being a huge commitment. I will probably check for other Audi dealers next time I need service. More

Dissatisfied with recent service. The oil plug wasn’t tightened and we lost a full quart on our trip home. Big puddle left on our garage floor that was a mess to clean up. I ordered a new fob. The new fob works great; however, the dealership returned my old fob without the chrome cover.
