Wayne was great. I appreciated his effort to go the extra step to validate all of my tires were at the recommended pressure when I asked. Why 3 stars vs 5 stars: I accidentally went to the wrong ser extra step to validate all of my tires were at the recommended pressure when I asked. Why 3 stars vs 5 stars: I accidentally went to the wrong service desk before getting to Wayne, and Keith was there working with customers with his mask hanging off his chin. This is incredibly insensitive as the customers in the office were all wearing masks correctly to protect themselves. There may be some people who don't care if your employees are properly masked, but you should assume the customers wearing masks themselves do care. More

The service here is always excellent, and during my most recent oil change that was mostly no exception. The only negative I encountered was that while all employees had masks due to COVID-19 and the mask m recent oil change that was mostly no exception. The only negative I encountered was that while all employees had masks due to COVID-19 and the mask mandate, many either were not wearing them properly, or would take them off to talk to each other, or sometimes not wear them when you were around either. I called for service and they said they could fit me in on the schedule. Almost 3 1/2 hours later my oil change was completed. I’m not exactly sure what was going on that day. The were also off by 40+ tho on the schedule. Almost 3 1/2 hours later my oil change was completed. I’m not exactly sure what was going on that day. There is nothing more annoying than car shopping. Pushy salesmen, spending hours in the dealership going back and forth on anything and everything. To my surprise, I had the complete opposite experience. salesmen, spending hours in the dealership going back and forth on anything and everything. To my surprise, I had the complete opposite experience. Joe Klein was there to let me test drive some vehicles, answer my questions, and then left the ball in my court. None of that "what can I do to make you drive out of here in this car" nonsense. To top it off, from the time I pulled in, doing test drives, trading in a vehicle, and doing all the financing (Matt was awesome), I don't know if I was there two hours. I had a very pleasant experience and can say that Valley Imports have their **** together. More
