$500 to pay for slow leak involving air conditioner that should have been covered under warranty. Sounds like common problem from what i see online. VW should be covering this. Service rep made me wait about ten minutes while he finished paperwork for a customer who wasn't present. Then took a phone call while I was still waiting. I left on time for a 10:30 appointment and finished paperwork for a customer who wasn't present. Then took a phone call while I was still waiting. This is on top of having to spend almost $500 to replace a battery. More

Valley Imports sends me a video of my car and things they found and things that may need maintenance. They make sure that I have the option of what gets completed on my car as I get to approve the work being found and things that may need maintenance.
