Great Experience with Valley Honda When Buying 2016 Accord I was very impressed with the service that I received when I recently purchased a 2016 Accord EX-L sedan (CVT) at Valley Honda. I owned a 2001 Ho I was very impressed with the service that I received when I recently purchased a 2016 Accord EX-L sedan (CVT) at Valley Honda. I owned a 2001 Honda Accord sedan that had no mechanical problems. I was very happy with it, but decided to treat myself to a new car after 14 years of driving it. I originally intended to purchase a 2015 Honda Accord EX-L sedan (CVT). The salesman who worked with me was professional and courteous. He spent a great deal of time explaining the electronics that were not around in 2001, and I went for two test drives. Since it was late October, there weren't many 2015 models left in Illinois with the features I wanted that came with navigation. My salesman offered a deal where I would only pay about $600 more to get a 2016 model that came standard with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, which had the navigational features that I wanted. I went for a test drive with the 2016 model and made the decision to purchase this model. I traded in my 2001 Accord and was offered a good deal on it. I was impressed by Valley Honda's respectful, no-pressure approach. Although I was comparing the price offered by Valley Honda with that of another dealership on the phone during my negotiation, my salesperson remained patient and willing to beat the other dealership's offer. I highly recommend Valley Honda. More

The Best Ever! I couldn't have had a better experience buying a new car than I did with Dave Kemp, Roland Gomez, & James Kirpanos at Valley Honda. I know this for a fact because I visited 4 other dealerships and nobody came close to making me and my family feel as comfortable. Not to mention the environment and showroom at Valley is seriously the best I've ever seen. No shady business, false promises, or bait-n-switch tactics that I experience at other dealers. I also never felt any pressure to buy, trade-in my car, and every single question I asked was able to be answered. The folks at valley were also the most willing to negotiate on the price, which showed me that they are more concerned about gaining a long term relationship than a one-time sale. This personally goes a long way with me. I also really liked that when I asked really tough, technical questions about the cars (and I could sense that the salesman who mainly helped me (Dave Kemp) didn't know the answer of the top of his head) he would say, "Great question, I will go ask one of our techs right now and get you the answer" rather than just guessing. This level of honest and initiative showed me that the staff at Valley Honda leans on each others expertise and departmental knowledge to build a better experience for buyers. Even after the sale was done, Dave Kemp continued to help keep us up to date on the delivery status and took his time to help make sure we had everything customized inside the car to our needs. We couldn't have asked for a better buying experience and we will be back when we need another car, that's for sure! More

Purchased 2016 Honda Pilot Elite and had Great Experience We were very happy to finally find a dealership that was large enough to have the higher end brand new Pilots to test drive. After looking across about 10 dealerships, only valley Honda had a Pilot Touring and Elite to drive. Bill was friendly and knowledgeable about these new vehicles and he helped us wade through the differences and benefits of each model. He is a no pressure salesperson that dealt with us honestly every step of the way. I highly recommend calling him. He has wonderful followthrough as well, we had to order the exact color/interior combination of the Pilot we decided on, as we waited for the car to be built he called every week and gave me an update. The car arrived several weeks earlier then the estimate!. More
