I contacted Valley Honda this time to get a new Accord and my call got routed to Karina Cano. Karina was very helpful and knowledgeable with the car and she provided me all the needed details one would like to know when you are in the market for a vehicle (MSRP, options, internet price, warranty etc.) and she even sends me an email after the conversation with all the discussion details including out the door price. Karina did help me in getting a test drive of the car and she was helpful in explaining the new features. But after calling ALL the Honda dealership we found him at Valley Honda. From the moment we saw him he was very professional, matter-of-fact, NO PRESSURE, no going back to management for "better pricing", honest & accommodating. I was also impress to first meet the owner of the dealership & second to actually see him walk around his dealership with a rag & spray bottle to CLEAN his cars & trucks inside his showroom. The financing department (Mario) was accurate, fun, and even save us a bit more $... Thank you Moral of the story we bought not 1 but 2 cars: Honda Pilot for my wife & a CRV for me. Delightful repeat experience. I picked up a new Civic here at the beginning of August and was so pleased that I decided to treat my daughter to a new one too. I explained to Nick Theodor what was going on and that it was to be a surprise and he really bent over backward not only to ensure that the surprise would be impactful but also to make sure that my teeny weeny niggle of an issue the first time ( that it took too long to be done and on my way) was absolutely the last thing I would feel the need to complain about. Sure enough from having no inkling I was going to buy a car that morning to having emailed nick from my iPhone and sorted through available inventory I showed up with my daughter with no appointment and was done and having her drive out in it in about 80 minutes including all paperwork etc. Awesome service!
