Brittany and Roxanne in finance understood my price point, helped me get the best price for my trade in and were never pushy regarding the additional packages (e.g. extended warranty, additional hazard protection, etc) offered by Honda for my vehicle. For a Wednesday evening, there was an incredibly long wait for the finance office, but that was the only downside to my purchase. More
