I was in no hurry and wanted to find the right car at the right price for me. Every other new car salesman I have worked with would have been all over me for the first couple of months and then would have given up expecting me to just be shopping, not buying. Randall was the exception and continued to keep me updated on new incentives for the vehicle without being too pushy. Fortunately, my patience paid off when a mid-cycle refresh on the Accord came out in late summer 2015 and Randall and I went to work. He sets his clients at ease from the get go and builds trust quickly. I like the guy so much I'm taking him and his wife out for dinner soon. Props also to Mario in the finance department who enjoyed finalizing my deal with. I'll be back here again for sure (assuming Randall is still around of course) More

From the start, Katy provided details on the models I was looking at and invited me in for a test drive. The new 2016 Accords had not been released, but provided ample amount of info for me to digest as well. I searched other dealerships, however kept coming back to Katy. Once my current 96 Civic with 300k miles had been reached, I was OVERDUE for a new car. Originally looking at the 2015 Accord Sport, I purchased the 2016 Accord EX-L instead (many reasons). Katy - THANK YOU for being patient with my purchase timeline. After that test drive and meeting you personnally, I know I made the right decision with you and Valley Honda.
