I appreciated his no-pressure approach (I knew exactly which car I wanted going in). Such a classy facility as well. I've never seen anything like it. Computers, couches, TVs and free Starbucks coffee, and tea for customers. Nice and large service center too. I will definitely recommend him and Valley Honda to my friends should they want to purchase a Honda. And I love my Civic Si!! If your dog ever wants to go for a spin, let me know, Adam! More

Valley's owner, Bob Navarre, obviously takes the long view, and builds repeat business through providing excellent and honest customer service. I worked with two outstanding sales people this time, Nick Poole and Randall Rosen who took over when Nick left for a planned vacation. The car I wanted was expected to arrive the dqy after my visit, but was delayed by factory production issues. Instead of leaving me to hang until it arrived, the Sales and Inventory team came up with a creative solution that probably cost them a little, but put me in a new car quickly, and made me a very satisfied customer! I really appreciated Randall's work in getting everything lined up so the delivery went smoothly, he even synced up the bluetooth with my phone! In finance, Roxanne knows her stuff, and got all the paperwork and details worked out quickly. Care and integrity are two words that come to mind when I think about every experience I've had with Valley. They're good people, check 'em out :) More
