**WARNING** Purchased a Nissan Altima Untrained Sales Team, untrained Finance Department. They have no clue what they are doing and their lovely Sales Team will talk to you as though you don't h Sales Team, untrained Finance Department. They have no clue what they are doing and their lovely Sales Team will talk to you as though you don't have the funds to complete the purchase with your trade. Additionally, their untrained Finance Team will call you 2 days after you've completed your purchase, to tell you that you did not turn in the drafted check from the bank. Mind you, I had the completed draft turned in prior to them calling me. KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS Furthermore, they did poorly on the trade-in, giving me the exact value of my trade, while trying their very best to gaslight me into believing my trade was being overvalued - not true. By the way, this is not my first New Nissan purchase. With that said, I love the car I purchased from them, it's a beauty. Thank you Nissan for your wonderful Vehicles. Shame on Valley Hi Nissan. I will never purchase from here again. More

Typical car dealership. I was suckered into buying the car alarm they offered. I was told I would be able to open my doors with my phone just in case I got locked out of my car, I would be able to start t car alarm they offered. I was told I would be able to open my doors with my phone just in case I got locked out of my car, I would be able to start the car with the app but come to find out I can't even open my door with the key fob becaue they didn't install the power locks. Also, they charged me for a product that was already installed in my used car, so I paid 1500 dollars for a 50 alarm. I didn't even have to pay for labor to install it becaue it was already in the car. I would have just sucked it up and used it as a lesson learned, but the alarm is junk. It goes off every 10 minutes. I have to keep the alarm disarmed at all times. I am making a BBB report. I choose Carmax. They have never been dishonest with me. More
