For me, buying a car is not my favorite experience. But the people at Valley GMC made it pleasant and painless, so much so that I returned for round 2 :). First I worked with Tristen to lease my car 3+ But the people at Valley GMC made it pleasant and painless, so much so that I returned for round 2 :). First I worked with Tristen to lease my car 3+ years ago. This was a new brand for me and he was very helpful in every way, even helping me to set up my infotainment center and link my phone etc before I drove out of the lot. Fast forward 3 years and I received friendly, no pressure, calls from Hilary and Rena offering to assist in the lease end process. Ultimately I purchased the Encore Gx (great little crossover) I had leased and worked with Hilary to buy the car. There were no high pressure sales tactics from either sales associate and Hilary even gave me a ride in a new Hummer while I waited for the financing - now that was fun :). Even the financing with Jim was a friendly experience. I have had my car serviced there with good results and the drive up anytime oil change and tire rotation makes that routine service a breeze. Just a great dealership from the GM company. Thanks to everyone involved for your respectful and friendly assistance! More

Didn't get pushy or weird until we got to the back office and refused the "upsales" like extended warranty and prepaying for "oil changes" etc. It got a lil tense as we repeatedly declined, but i think all dealers do that nonsense. The truck was kinda dirty from sitting on the lot when i bought it, once we got it home and washed it, we discovered several scratches, paint chips and deep swirls in the clear coat. They were very accommodating and had the paint chip corrected without any hassle. I would strongly recommend that they train their people on how to wash cars without leaving scratches and swirls in the paint. Maybe look into a foam cannon style touchless system? it looked like someone washed the truck with old muddy water. I was able to buff them out but felt like it was avoidable. More
