I had a front axle repaired at Rousch ford. We picked the car up and not even 10 miles down the road I hear this awful dragging noise. I pull over and they didn’t install the skid plate back on correctly and they left the aero cover off. I’m on the side of the road on a Sunday with my 14 month old while it’s below freezing. 80 miles from home. ( I was visiting my dad at OSU Wexner when the car broke down). My husband has to tie the skid plate with a PHONE CHARGER. Come Monday we are told to contact James Holley the service manager we left multiple voicemails after a week of not hearing anything back we are told to contact the general manager Jason. We finally hear from him and he tells us he will get back to us to figure out a solution it has been two weeks now and we have not heard back. More
